I enjoy writing. I also enjoy my family, and my publishing has slowed as my kids have grown, requiring more time and attention. I have no regret. However, I do continue to write, and in addition to the books below that are currently available, I have two books coming out this year: Invitation to Historical Theology with Kregel and Reformation Commentary on Isaiah with InterVarsity Press. I also have a number of patristic texts and introductions that will soon be available from Ad Fontes Press. I have several entries in the new Cambridge Dictionary of Christian Theology due out later this year.
Ancient Christian Commentary on Scripture: Isaiah 1-39
Life and Practice in the Early Church
Baptism and the Sign of the Covenant (contributed chapter on Baptism in the Patristic Period)
Words, Imagery, and the Mystery of Christ: A Reconstruction of Cyril of Alexandria’s Christology
New Westminster Dictionary of Church History
